By downloading, installing or using FynQ (the "App"), you agree to comply with the current version of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App. Continuing to use the App after any change means you accept the changes.

FynQ is a tool for tracking and managing your personal finances. It lets you record expenses and income, create budgets and view metrics about your financial activity.

FynQ is not a financial institution and does not provide banking, lending or investment services. The information shown in the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial advice.

AI-generated analyses and summaries are produced automatically from the data you enter. They are for guidance only, may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Any decision you make about your money is solely your responsibility, and FynQ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from acting on that content.

You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data you enter in the App.

To use FynQ you need to create an account with personal credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or show suspicious activity, with prior notice where possible.

You can delete your account and your data at any time from the App or by emailing us at support@fynq.site. We explain how in Delete your account.

FynQ offers a free plan (Free) and paid plans that renew automatically, monthly or yearly: Basic and Pro. While a plan is shown as "Coming soon", it cannot be purchased. The prices published on this site are indicative and expressed in US dollars; the final price, in your currency and including any applicable taxes, is shown on Google Play, the App Store or the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

Who charges you depends on where you subscribe: in the Android App, Google Play charges you, and in the iOS App, Apple (App Store) does, using the payment method on your store account; on the web version, Stripe does. FynQ never receives or stores your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same amount unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The store may charge for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Free trial: some plans include a free trial period (for example, 7 days on the monthly Basic plan). The store shows its length and the price before you confirm. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the plan price is charged. Each store account can use the trial only once.

How to cancel: on Android, open Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FynQ → Cancel subscription. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FynQ → Cancel Subscription. On the web version, go to FynQ's Subscription screen and tap "Cancel subscription". In every case you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription: you must cancel it in the store.

Refunds: purchases made on Google Play or the App Store are subject to each store’s refund policy and must be requested directly from Google or Apple; FynQ cannot issue refunds for those purchases. For payments made with Stripe on the web version we do not have an automatic refund policy: email us at support@fynq.site and we will review each case individually.

Price changes: if we change the price of a plan, we will notify you before it takes effect, and the new price will only be charged from your next renewal. On Google Play and the App Store, the store will notify you of the change and, where its rules require, ask you to accept it; if you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.

Fair use: plans with features described as unlimited or uncapped are subject to reasonable technical usage limits that protect the service for everyone (for example, up to 100 accounts, 300 custom categories, 100 budgets, 100 goals and 200 recurring payments, plus normal use of AI analysis). If you need more, email us at support@fynq.site and we will look into it.

When a subscription ends (because you cancelled it or it could not be renewed), your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but features exclusive to paid plans are no longer available until you subscribe again.

FynQ, its design, source code, logos, name and content are the property of QALI-T and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing or modifying the content of the App or this website without QALI-T's express written permission is prohibited.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet any specific user expectations.

QALI-T is not responsible for financial decisions the user makes based on the information shown in the App, nor for losses resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to the user will be limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published in the App or on this site.

We will notify you of significant changes through the App. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
